Walleye

Lake Erie is the walleye capital of the world and our favorite target in Lake Erie waters. Walleye is a very mild white flaky fish which often ends up battered and fried.

Season: June through September

Steelhead

A hard fighting fish that oftentimes jumps out of the water in efforts to get away. These fish are great smoked or prepared on the grill.

Season: April - May & October

Lake Trout

Lake Trout are native to the Great Lakes and provide for a good fighting experience.

Season: May & October/November

Salmon

King salmon (chinook), Coho salmon, Atlantic salmon are just a few of the species that swim the waters outside of Wilson, NY on Lake Ontario. The ultimate freshwater fishing experience!
